I installed the database thru mbslave using mbdump.gz

and I am getting like a 100 rows in l_record_release, is that normal?

cant find how else these tables are linked

And there aren't a lot

you need to join the recordings to the releases via the track and medium tables

You can ignore tracklist by doing track.tracklist = medium.tracklist

(and once the new schema is released later today, the tracklist table will go away completely)

mbslave will stop updating once the schema changes. the mbslave readme normally gets updated with the commands to upgrade once luks gets round to it
