I'm getting angry with the "guest" attribute

If I add a track in an album by X and he features someone on vocals, I'd usually add him as guest vocal (I know I'm not the only one, but I don't really know if there's a guideline about it)

But I'm finding several cases where the song was re-released on the other guy's album, featuring who was originally credited as main artist

Am I wrong if I think that, when the recordings are merged -because the song is the same- I'd end up with both as vocalists and guest vocalists?

if track 1 has "guest vocal by foo" and track 2 has "guest vocal by bar" and you merge both recordings, then yes, you'd get both as guest vocalists (and the same for normal vocalists)

Since I realized that, I've started adding feat. vocalists as just vocal, with no guest

"for" should be lowercase, IIRC

But without looking at how it is put on the back cover of the original release... it's hard to be certain

considering the album on MB is a compiliation it definitely stands alone

track 1, 2 and 5 (5 being the track discussed) comes from the discogs ep you linked

so the fact that track 2 and 3 from your link is before the "..and then", makes it even more doubtful...

Is it exactly the same song? If so, I'd say "Deep Blue Day (the one on Apollo) is the earliest release of Deep Blue Day (the one on Trainspotting)"

I currently have a dreamcast hooked up in the living room.

As for Layton, as the puzzles are all quite different, it doesn't get so tiring after 8 hours of continuous play while waiting for a plane transfer

I haven't used my ds for a while... I think the last game I played on there was probably pokemon ¬_¬

I wasn't saying Dreamcast was bad

I like my dreamcast though, it has skies of arcadia, shenmue and grandia 2 :D

the last thing I played on the dreamcast for a bit was Tomb Raider 4... that game is horrible on dreamcast :)

Hmm, I tried the first DS pokémon (the one which was not a remaster of the GBC ones)

I think I've only ever played zelda, zelda, zelda, final fantasy crystal chronicles, zelda and zelda on it :P

But it didn't have enough new thing to make me play it longer instead of going back to Gold

Dunno, I'm not playing so much on consoles nowadays either. Played Metroid Prime 3 and SMB while I was living in a house with a Wii, but not much more.

I used to play on PC a lot, but of all the big PC games I've tried lately I've only liked the Mass Effect series

So now I mainly play on Kongregate

but then one day I was laid in bed and was like "!!! I've gotta get skies of arcadia *ebay*"

hmm... I haven't really played many pc games...

I was playing Baldur's Gate all day back in 2002 or so

Later I played less, but still quite a lot... mostly "old" games for the moment though

Deus Ex, System Shock 2 (which made me find Bioshock quite lacking afterwards), Half Life, Witcher, Portal

Sadly, as I'm not a big fan of straight FPS, there's not so much on the market for me nowadays

It's like "Ok, I can shoot some nazis, or shoot some russians, or shoot some arabs"

or you can do some insult swordfighting

I never got into Monkey Island :(
