i have a sort of homebrew 7"

that’s an impressively hightech lowtech music burner... :P

brianfreud: at todaysart, there was this art installation/show/whatever thing by the www.leplacard.org people.

brianfreud: they would record radio streams, and cut a 7" clear vinyl record of that. which you could buy for whatever you thought they were worth.

so, i now have a 7" clear vinyl disc, with a recording on each side which was live performed a couple of hours ago by some band in tokyo. (and i have no idea which band :( )

no, each of the records cut was different.

and most of that did not have anything on them to indicate which band was on it >_<

and with that clause removed, we get a blank line between EACH LINE.

if I add class="inner" to the <p/>, nothing happens

however, if I change margin: 0px; in main.css to the value of p.inner in framework.css, it works: margin: 0px; padding-bottom: 10px;

ok, I can make it work and not bork anything else, if you can add 3 lines to main.css

in main.css, add p.editnote { margin: 0px; padding: 0px; padding-bottom: 15px; }

and change the <p/> to <p class=”editnote”/>

that’ll fix it without borking whatever it was that made someone set all margins for <p> to 0...

(of course, deleting the p { margin: 0px; } also fixes it, and I’m not immediately seeing any negative effects elsewhere on the page...)

works in FF 2.0.0.7, works in IE 6, and works in Opera 9.20, looks like it’s good :)

it’s good all the way up to the last one

that last one was only a new line, no empty line in between. But an empty line was still added

the last 2 lines of text ought to look like the first few lines of text, no empty line in the middle
