meh... it's like the borked "edit annotation" link. It's been broken for forever, and it's broken on the voting screen too - but it's 'Won't Fix" because you can open the release and at least one of the two edit annotation urls works

before there was no edit annotation in the release, only edit relationships, and an amazon bar. it was green. then keskte sdtarted rewriting the code, he was making the code slimlined, but he also made some modifications (start ofthe bigdebate-fuu) what hedidwas remove the relationship bar, and the amazon thing was made the way it is today
