Before I can forget to mention, lol, I'm been to that club :P

"D.C." however ought to be "DC"
2007-06-18 16949, 2007
BrianFreud
as for how he's doing it...

my take: If we're truely going to add boots as multiple discs, rather than combining them. because they were originally distributed that way, then the opposite also ought to be true: if the boot *wasn't* distributed as a multi-disc release, it ought not to be similarly artificially split, just because someone wants to make it fit a CD. That ring true to you guys?
2007-06-18 16931, 2007
BrianFreud
oh, and it's "9:30 Club" - no "The".
2007-06-18 16944, 2007
Jugdish
the reason i was adding multi-disc boots was because they were being distributed labeled as d1t1, etc. but if something i just labeled t1-t21 then that seems like a single disc
2007-06-18 16952, 2007

It shows 21 tracks on one release, in the original distribution - not 10 and 11 or some other artificial split.

It's called the trance corner, BrianFreud. :p

ugh, I just want to edit, not argue. We walked away from the CotM... 8 new edit emails in "the disaster zone", plus the same editors on users. What's that line from the Godfather? :S
2007-06-18 16945, 2007

actually.. it's a bit lonely there. i reconsider. please come help me.. there's a few typical korean things which need to go through RFCs and such to create styleguidelines, etc..

Unfortunately, the "benefit" of having been one of the CotM editors - and the only one without autoedit priv's - my edits are pretty much the ones all the hate notes are on

at a certain point, I think we just felt... committed... to try and do it all ourselves, if noone else would do it, else the whole cotm, already on shakey grounds from DS, might die off
