btw, frigidaire has some *fantastic* rebates for energy savings, etc. if you live in the US (esp california)

the laundromat has gotten quite expensive here, ~$2.50 per load. don't know about the cost in the rest of the worls tho.

no laundromats where i grew up, so i never used them.

LA proper is quite beautiful, the suburbs are total sprawl....

not that i'm aware of... mb is not good supported in this way... alll use freedb

Yeah, but even cdparanoia is a bit dated and doesn't do everything EAC does today

Apparently there are known issues that the cdparanoia developers are aware of but haven't had time to deal with

ripping is a pain no matter how you look at it

I used my keyboard

I made the list display 100 entries per page

and opened all borked asins in tabs

I used a bookmarklet to focus the input box

hmm... effective...

I triggered the bookmarklet with a keycombo and pressed end to make the js update the text-box and pressed enter to submt

after that I used ctrl + tab to jump to the next tab

(I know I could also trigger the js-function that updates the url and submit the form automatically, but i didn't want to bork anything, because I still wanted to take a short look at the url)

e.g. there seems to be a small bug in the js that occured for some japanese urls (I wrote down the edit-number in order to file a bug for it, not a serious bug, though, it simply didn't work)
