      • dholmes_
If not, you should be able to download the source and build that, and download the necessary dependencies from apt
      • 2007-10-26 29935, 2007

      • jerbear
there are some dependency issues..... libavcodec0d whereas gutsy has libavcodec1d, for one

Figured it out, Picard (on Ubuntu 7.10) needs libtunepimp-mp3 for it to work
      • 2007-10-26 29958, 2007

      • MClemo
that should be a dependency or recommended/suggested package at least
      • 2007-10-26 29914, 2007

      • luks
        it can't be dependency
      • 2007-10-26 29933, 2007

      • Shrike
Well, after installing that package it works

luks: because mp3 support isn't installed by default?
      • 2007-10-26 29908, 2007

      • luks
no, picard is in universe anyway
      • 2007-10-26 29922, 2007

      • luks
but there is a mismatch between main and universe repositories for libtunepimp
      • 2007-10-26 29939, 2007

      • luks
(because of the mp3 support in main)
