when you go as far as to put a date in the title (and these normally aren't part of any titles), all tracks have to be from that date

what we need is to be able to apply multiple attributes to each release, but we cannot

so we pick the most appropriate

the best way and the plan will be to be able to select all that apply and I know thats in the works for the future

but it's pretty much a given that a soundtrack is either a compilation, or an album specificially written to be a soundtrack

and they have a single-track EP that is 40 minutes long, but has two live tracks tagged on the end that are each 4 mins long for bonus material

I don't think you could argue that is a live release if the band intended it to be an album or ep

(obviously I meant three track EP, with one track that is 40 mins :) )
