I can refresh manually though and it gets the info

I get it sometimes if I load an album straight after adding it to the db

but if I refresh a few times, it loads o_O

possibly some other times too, not sure

but I never worked out what could be causing it, so I didn't report a bug yet

luks: you know the 500 requests error thing (like the 11 requests/seconds error), can webservice requests get that too?

I've noticed a lot of the 500 ones lately, so maybe that could be it

the rate limitter shoud never return 500

but I don't know

any error 500 is most likely a bug

too many requests between the servers themselves? not sure

you might reproduce it by adding >50 albums at once. most likely some of them won't load

ah, the error itself is "Your requests are exceeding the allowable rate limit (500.0, limit is 500.0 per 10 seconds)"

i just drag all those to the unregcognised and do a lookup , finds them the second time ok

but am always doing 50+ albums and using more than 1 pc so i blame myself

some times of the day is worse than others so i assume load on server

it used to work ok though

before if i used multi pcs running picard at it would start not recognising every album, now it just misses a few then gets going again

so the can't load album thing is related to the servers being overloaded, right?

and picard just hanged for the first time in ages again when saving files

did you wait a long time?

i find the hang is just cause its busy, sometimes takes 30 minutes to come back if i done a big save

only like 10 minutes

I don't remember it being so long

but I guess all files were saved, no disk activity

MClemo am getting alot more unknown errors and couldn't load album this morning, am sure it must be server end and not picard

i'm guessing you're trying to view that when not logged in?
