FauxFaux: prob like mIRC, where you have to set it to send as well as receive unicode

It seems to recieive fine by default, wonder why it defaults to iso-united-kingdom instead of utf-8. :(

my mac opera says utf8 for sending, although I can't be arsed to work out how to make it connect
