trying to add ARs for an album, and most get added, but some, no matter what, just don't get added for some reason...

is there a limit to how many ARs can be added??

yeah, you can only have one instrument ar per person

but you can add multple instruments to one ar

well no, if you have one you have to add it to the other

no need to cancel anything, just edit the ars you have and add the extra instrument

don't think it would be that complex. if there is already an instrument AR and someone is trying to add another instrument AR, simply submit an edit instrument AR to have $old_instruments && $new_instruments

could most likely be done with some JavaScript

(without seeing any of the code at all)

perhaps have some sanity checking to make sure that the old instrument(s) aren't being re-added

i cannot find picard log file, where is it stored?

depends on your os, i guess, on windows it's in the same directory where the executable is

I have Vista. It is strange because i dont see any .txt .log or anything familiar.

Is it not in appdata -> musicbrainz -> picard or similar?

mixomix_cz: in the latest version of picard there's a Help > View Log menu entry

and FWIW, I'm using Vista and my log file is in the same folder Picard is installed too, picard.exe.log

I've tried to work on a project using Catalyst, which highly encourages DBIX penis usage.

Before you get patronising, yes, I understand the advantages of a database abstraction layer, but at the cost of requiring you to write complete crap to do a simple join with filter, or something like that.

It's portability / maintainability tradeoffs were obscene.
