Hey nikki, did you notice that your vote-power-up tool is adding some border on the first lines in the edit search page?
      • 2009-09-17 26013, 2009

      • jesus2099
And it split cells in the first rows too

it says it changes at brussels, so you could save like 6 hours if you got the eurostar to brussels but it would be more expensive then, of course
      • 2009-09-17 26002, 2009

      • Muz
The eurostar isn't too bad if you book it in advance I've found.

      • 2009-09-17 26004, 2009

      • nikki
I've found that the eurostar is often still pretty cheap even if you don't book really far in advance
      • 2009-09-17 26033, 2009

      • Muz
Given the route it takes and the speed it does it, it's certainly more reasonable than some of the national rail routes.

Mmm, was wondering if it'd be cheaper to take the French side into my own hands and see if I could sort out something there.

Muz: i think atleast TGV tickets have discounts if you order them in advance, I have no personal experience with that though.

Mmm, well that goes for more forms of public transport. One thing I found here with multi-part journeys was that I could buy 2 advance tickets for cheaper than a single ticket that did the entire route.

So I could buy a ticket for London -> Birmingham and another Birmingham -> Wales for cheaper than London -> Wales, which was nice.
