none of those had. thats why i generated puids and wanted to submit them to MB

ok, that means that either a) no puid has been generated yet, or b) (more likely) there is something in the mp3 which is screwing things up

the mp3 fingerprinting code is more picky than the mp3 analysis code of genpuid/mipmixer, in my experience

broken frames and other such things can make the fingerprinter fail to get a match

Ah. Well, I've yet to find a good Linux fixer for such issues in mp3s that break fingerprinting, but VBRFix for Windows can do it (look for that at hydrogenaudio)

yes, but more to the point, there's something inherently broken in the mp3s, even if they play 100% correctly

mp3packer also fixes those same non-audible problems in my experience

maybe you should try the genpuid tool on the commandline. That probably gives more information
