does Expired mean it's expired now and it's not going to be applied?

i thought edits that get balanced voting after 1 week are autoapplied

noone's voted on it, so its given a week's grace time

its grace time or 'sudden death' hasn't started yet

that means it's going to be deleted, and i have to resubmit it?

firs there is a week or so for people to vote, then if noone votes (ignorign abstaints) it given one more week, and after that its applied
