Should track that was written to be opening for game and was also placed on CD with game in mp3 form as bonus, but latter was released on compilation CD be added as non-album track? I'm talking about one of "I've" released songs, if anybody interested.

I hate the fact that people always make up their own words when translating stuff - words which have no relation to their English equivalent - so they rarely make any sense even for Estonians.
      • 2005-11-03 30747, 2005

True. If people widely use adopted word then just write it with local spelling instead of inventing something new.

Russian products have a much larger user base and the learning curve of the English interface would be much higher than with languages that have a common alphabet.

Speaking about i18n - the only thing I completely hate in russian MS translation is that most hotkeys are assigned to other letters than in english because of changed command names. Japanese UI translators selected much better way - they've just listed hotkeys (same as in english version) in () after commands.

Can any of the linux etc users here reccomend a decent CD/audio/record collection catalogue database tool that's relatively straightfoward?

what kind of functionality are you looking for

Well basically I had been using a suite called OrangeCd catalogue on Windows but I've largely ditched Windows now. It would allow me to automatically import CDs but I'd need the ability to add vinyl and cassettes... DVDs etc.. and to perhaps add custom fields. I like to add the place I got the release as well as the price i paid for future reference

I'm sure I could create a DB using an established DB method but with that attitude it will be on my To-do list forever

      • PRAEst76 kinda wishes musicbrainz had a perosnalised collection fuction akin to the one discogs has.
