I prefer IM in one way or another. E-mailing back and forth gets very formal, and this project that my company is having is something called "Cultural Evolution through the Digital Medium", which the Swedish government has given some companies money to use, assuming we find appropriate projects that can further the peoples masses knowledge about culture.
