allmusic has the latest album under her old name, though it was released under the new one.

it would seem that the latter usage is what she would prefer to be known as, if she has started using that exclusively

so that version should be the primary name for the artist, and the old usage should be an alias

it depends on the country

and there'd be an argument that if you know you're being recorded (ie: voicemail implies this) then the person who recorded it can do whatever they like with it

but that also depends on the laws in the country in question

tma, um... I made it handle hyphens correctly, make some non-English words lowercase, and handle '.' as it does ',' stopping it putting spaces in the middle of numbers such as 100,000 in the process.

I also worked out how to track down the segfaults too :)

for persons, we store a birth/death date + location

the same for groups (founding/dissolving date)

persons can be grouped into groups. one person can belong to one or more groups

that sounds like a very useful skill :-)

it was very easy, actually. you just need a working gdb, attach it to one of the running apache processes, and cause the segfault. the output in gdb tells you which perl module it carked in

strace wasn't terribly useful for that I found
