2.2 tags are my lowest priority... might just write code that will update them to 2.3/2.4 with out allowing write access

but so far I've found less 2.4 tags than 2.4

the v2.2 stuff has been encoded by itunes

I don't know if itunes still uses 2.2

Wow. I just had a 1.5 hour conversation with our IP lawyer.

Quite interesting all around. Seems like we're in good shape and now we have some more direction on some of the legal issues that were pending.

I may not ever get more code written, but at least we're less likely to get sued.

We will need to pay $25 to the copyright office (US) to register ourselves as a takedown agent.

In case one of the links violates someone's copyright, that agent would be notified to take down the offending content.
