Which events are these?

Freso: Linux Weekend (http://linuxweekend.openlabs.cc/) and OSCAL (https://oscal.openlabs.cc/). Linux Weekend is a smaller event with about 200 people, OSCAL is the big conference in this region with between 600-800 attendees.

It's not really linked to from anywhere, so if you don't already know it exists, you're unlikely to find it on your own.

Freso: I'm trying to create an account, but I get a pop-up asking me to log in with my username and password, but neither the wiki credentials I'm trying to use nor my MB account works.

Any ideas?

Then the HTTP Auth box should tell you exactly what to do.

Ah, I *do* see where to edit system messages. that could get silly.

So (if anybody but me cares), then you find out what system messages are used in the page you want to edit. All I need to do is change userlogin-helplink2 and I'm good to go.
