Hi, I'm looking for some style clarification. I'd like to enter the following release: https://theshortsleeves.bandcamp.com/album/black-… - From the style guide I'm not entirely sure if I should remove the "live" parts from the release and/or track titles (I'd add them as recording comments and with the appropriate relationships, of course)

elomatreb[m]: yes, they should be removed because it's not part of the title, and doesn't help to differentiate tracks.

      • Yaniel
one could argue that it is part of the release title though

Is there a style guideline for censored track titles? The case censors a track 2 but the inner booklet does not. https://www.discogs.com/Various-Music-From-And-In…

censor-style: I’d do either the uncensored version all the way or alternatively to censored version as track name and change the recording name to uncensored.

(I generally lean towards following the cover, but for me, this includes the booklet, and if the booklet has a more precise track naming than the back cover, then I give preference to that.)
