Hello everyone
I'm a bit new to the site, and I'm trying to work out how to add a new collection of songs for the artist Marcus Warner.
The issue is that the artist released almost all of his songs as singles, with little to no album organization, and I was sondering how best to represent this?
*wondering
ianweller
you could add them all as separate releases, and those releases would be marked as singles
jjyy97
That's what I was thinking, I was just a little confused as to why it still requested a tracklist when I marked the release as a single.
KillDaBOB: approved the one needed for the merge (the new track add)
KillDaBOB
thank you very much
reosarevok
Note that you don't need parentheses in disambiguation, the field has them already, so that edit would make it ((Deluxe Edition))
KillDaBOB
d’oh.
reosarevok
I'd actually make it "deluxe edition" in lowercase, also, since it's more a qualifier than a title (as made obvious by you removing it from the title :p)

Anyway, any other edits there shouldn't block a merge :)
KillDaBOB
if i kill Edit #28508991 then it should take care of the disambig with the merge (the release it’s being merged into already has a disambig)
oujs has ? btw the drawabcks i know for oujs and gf are
oujs : musicbrainz group is MANUALLY edited (not up to date)
gf : replaces downloadURL and updateURL by its own (which is cons if its update fails but pro as it prevents github to be too heavily loaded by update requests)
JonnyJD_: the rating of oujs scripts is the amount of favourites ?
oujs does not show version history as gf does… those two sites should really merge ! :)

jesus (for later) the rating is the average rating of the scripts in the group I think. And the "rating" of a script is actually the number of upvotes for that script.
and I can't favorite scripts for some reason
anyways, you can vote/rate for MB scripts, pushing the musicbrainz group from page 2 to page 1 (in the list of groups): https://openuserjs.org/group/musicbrainz
i don't know if this will be the reference website in the future

xram_: I have seen this website. I have not added it to the list because it is beta, not open-source and the UI/features don't seem as good
like there is no grouping of scrips available, probably also no github (or similar) integration
why would tampermonkey need to "support" any repository anyways. Everything is done in web frontends anyways?
no possibility to use OAuth, the only thing that is good on monkeyguts is the rating, which is a real rating (opposed to the voting system called rating in OUJS)
xram_
I agree with you
Was just outlining this, quoting TM : 'Recognize and outline scripts installed from MonkeyGuts'
something not the best featured website wins the competition too
well they also seem to support openuserjs anyway

puh
it looks like greasyfork is winning this currently
