KRSCuan: And a good reason for why people should note in edit notes when they get images off of e.g. Discogs. That way, it would be possible to go through cover art add edits over the last N time referencing Discogs in the edit note and re-uploading the CA. :|

I caught this editor trying the same thing a while back. I'd point him to https://beta.musicbrainz.org/doc/Style/Titles/Sub… but that might conflict with the prototype Korean guidelines refresh_daemon drafted a few years ago.

I changed the title to lowercase "and" but it's still capitalized. And when I try to edit this to the correct capitalization (although I'm pretty sure I did it the first time) the release editor doesn't see "And" -> "and" as a change/edit
