if they produced and distributed the CDs, then the correct thing to do is add them ad "distributed by" and "manufactured by" release-label relationships

who just had an idea, what about making it so that if x thing has an open edit on it, any usually autoedit will go to vote? e.g. caps-change if there is an edit to change the title (akin to what was about SHINee release and roman numeral)
