in Finland all cities are also municipalities

they are same thing, some municipalities just have decided to use "city" on their name

Since it's been added to Musicbrai8nz it's had another track added. Should I just add the track to the existing release or create a new release (the later seems stupid to me, but I thought I'd ask)

and, since it's steam DLC, i presume it pushes out the new track to everyone who's downloaded it anyway

Yea, I see it as an ongoing production. I think I may just add the new tracks as they come out unless there is a actual new "version" specified by the artists.

I mean, this game is still in dvelopment, they add a new song every time a new one is added ingame... do we create a new release every time? It's effectively the same release. People who bought the original 9 track album can download the additional tracks.
