hm, I'd enter it as 'Blue Jam' and the track name as 'name (feat. Phil Cornwell etc)'

I think that's as close to the style guide as possible

ugg - if you hit "change" on a single track on a VA disc before you submit the whole thing - you have to go back through all the subsequent tracks - and it doesn't remember your changes

alus: yes, the whole "add album" thing is due for a rewrite

so it's more like the FreeDB import

if it does like batch efiting , we ll get one vote to do for the whole lbum

If you're talking about what I think you are, then it's the number of open moderations in the system which you've not voted on yet.

Abstain counts as voting.

So when you abstain, you won't be asked to vote again, and the "pending" count goes down one, just like if you voted yes or no.

cause currently , i vote (abst ) exept if i know the artist or it s trivial

so i vote abst like 90% of the time

There's nothing too much wrong with that. It's a matter of taste really.

Some people (like you) abstain unless they know for certain that it's "yes"

Whereas other people vote "yes" if it looks believable, even if they don't know the artist at all.

You mean when? There are no plans to do that, I think. Read the musicbrainz-users archives to find out why.

True, but they're almost all on the wrong side of the law. We want to stay on the right side, of course.
