the problem with the year is that 03/05/2000 is ambiguous

maybe one day we'll be able to change how dates are displayed

solution: ALWAYS use dd-mm-yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd

it is automatically added by a process going through all albums every month

right i'm assuming that musicbrainz uses amazon webservices to get the asin?

normally it would only indicate your files need retagging if their information doesn't match that on the server

but all tracks show as such, even if I do hit save, remove them, and rescan them

and the data has actually been written to the files? have you tried displaying it in another application?

tracks that I have tagged and check within the last week that have had no mods in months are showing as needing to be fixed, ALL tracks are showing as such
