hey folks, having an issue with picard, anyone around?

when i click on the tagger icon in my browser, it only loads [loading album information] in picard, but never retreives said info

any idea what's happening?

You sure you don't have any firewall blocking Picard or anything?

i thought that was it, so i forwarded the port on my router and made sure windows firewall was off, but no dice

it's weird, when i loaded all my files into picard, it added a few albums then stopped, but left albums as clusters

i'd use wireshark to check if there's a network issue

wouldn't things other than picard be failing if there was a network issue?

still worth a try.. you may spot something in the communication

anyone else have an idea?

benjammin: run it from cmd and see if it ouputs something that might help debugging

It looks like that one's the fragment, not one of the funky completions, so it's easier - that fragment version's the same as the 427 fragment version I have in the Mozart list already :)
