I tried using gstreamer to implement a player in picard, but gtreamer's not compatible with qt's main loop :-(

kde4's phonon can work with gstreamer and I see some chatting about qt4.4 and gstreamer....

neither do ubuntu's, but I've had my portion of kde4 from screenshots, it's augenkrebs (german for "eye cancer") :)

1040 would be nice... replaygain is 1552... 3218 would be nice, though how it would determine which file to use if there's multiple images would be a problem... 942 (with also archived MusicMP analysis tags as an option) would be nice...

still looking through... 1515 is essentially the same as 942; 2514 is the reverse of 942 (and is no longer valid, in any case)... 2867 would be nice... 2888 is annoying... 2914 still ends up with bogus puids being submitted... 2920 wastes a lot of CPU time... 2955 still happens... 2966 (and dupe 3212) causes a decent bit of confusion... 2960 is a pain... and finally, 2767 - some cross-OS method to pause a save in progress
