erm, how to phrase this... I have a bunch of data with "areas" assigned to each value - summing to 1

I want to lay the boxes out, but don't know how to create the width/height of each boxes such that they are layed out as effectivly as possible, make any sense?

Is there any documentation that describes the name entries for title, artist, and album such as whether there are tabs or just spaces, etc?

why would there be any tabs?

well I tried to build a trigram index on the fields, but the title took way too long, so I am going to try scoring the matches word per word. But I need to know what delimiters to slipt the names by

they're artists, they feel the need to express their nonconformity by making librarians jobs hell. Any general rule will be broken by someone.

they're most likely copy/paste errors

there's probably some japanese artist which uses spaces for some stupid ascii art type stuff, but that's hardly going to change the meaning of the words
