SultS: I think the general unofficial guideline is that arranger should be to recording, unless the same arrangement was performed multiple times.

I would like to have it on works if it was consistently available

But most PROs, with the Estonian one apparently being an exception, don't even care to credit arrangers in their works submissions

So it's usually not there even if there is an arranger credit

Actually, this is the first case of arrangers in the actual DB I've ever seen

I don't know if there's anything that parses cue sheets
