I've had all the MetaBrainz controlled bots added to Sigyn's whitelist, so Sigyn shouldn't be able to k-line them anymore.

You can "quiet" a channel which makes it so only ops and "voices" can talk.

this is open source. one does not simply *demand* things in open source

most people here and in #meta are doing things in their free time of theri own hobby intrest. only a small handfull of peopel are beign paid to make things work
