petteyg, kind of. NGS supports artist credits, which allow you to link multiple artists to a track in a formatted way.

petteyg, you can talk a look at http://test.musicbrainz.org/ as well; the NGS code is running there and you are free to experiment with and test the new features

Mind you it doesn't have *all* what will be on the finished NGS

If I ever get postgres working on my system, I might contribute an occasional line of code :)

Is there any way to import a release into another release? I've got two Mozart discs, neither of which are in FreeDB or MB, but the same discs were part of a many-volume set, so the metadata I need is already there, if only there's a way to copy it.

On the current stable server, you probably just want to add a new release event to the existing release.

So you'll have 2 releases instead of one with 2 release events

Add a new release event, with the info for your CDs (label, cat#, barcode, etc)

And add to the annotation "Also released as a standalone 2-CD release, under the title: 'title' "
