If it has both Yes and No votes, it will stay pending until expiration.

By default it passes.

It'll stay open until expiration and then pass.

i have a question to picard. Does picard save all the information in the mp3 tags or does it create a own database?

in the mp3 tags

the entire purpose is to tag the mp3s so other programs show correct information :)

first i find that cats had pisse on my ryggsekk (containing schoolbooks)

so i spent up all night trying ot fix that mess

now i am a mess at 6:am to get to busses on time

i manage to be out the door at 9:20 (buss at 24)

BUT! it drove away from me!

i wasIN the road before the buss guy and he just drove around me with a scowl

that was not neat

THEN after flying about actually getting there on time (having ot walk half the way)

i forgot that i forgot my visacard number

so now its blocked so i gotta run down town to talk to guy person to fix it and take out money sinceits jukl and iu need my medesines tomorow ill pay for it

to rap it up, i droppe the thing i bough 3 times on the way home

i am still in a good mood though

the guy at postbanken was an angel
