just switching to id3v2.3 usually fixes all these problems, since players generally can't read 2.4

not exactly, I rewrote some parts, a few new pyqt versions were released and it seems to be fine now

the german file is fucked up. it says there are over 100 untranslated phrases, but it doesn't show any. and AFAIK it should be nearly complete
