4GB ram free. 50% proc util, ~20% disk util.

nothing is pegged. so it must be the bus.

not sure if it'd help the problems you're seeing, but if it's version 3, you might want to mount with noatime,notail if you're not doign it already

it's 3:30 pm here in cali. so yeah good time to wrap up

there's usually a lag of an hour or two between the end of testimony and a blog post

so i guess the rest should be on its way shortly

reiser did his best to dodge "a speedy trial". you have the right to waive an accelerated hearing

also with no corpse, and reiser claiming that his wife ran away back to russia, that takes time to investigate

murder trials without a body are incredibly difficult to prosecute
