When you clice the tab, the prompt you get is very confusing, I find. The 1-4 votes makes me unsure where to click.

At most, you should post comments into the UV ticket transcribing trac updates when necessary.

Transcribing them into something that makes sense for everyone else too.

Well, looking at it quickly in firebug, juyst decrease the top: 45% to a smaller percentage, and it will raise to wherever you want.
