I think we should make disc IDs less prominent on release pages... like just have a link saying "x disc ids" instead of 10 rows... maybe they would offend fewer people then

each button in the ES panel is a module. I need to go through each form and add 2 lines to the tt. One adds in the js loader, the other tells the js tt code what panels to even include.

So on the edit track page, it might want the guidelines and GC modules, but no need for the search replace, undo revert, or track parser modules

then none of that js ever even would be loaded, no buttons shown, etc, on that page

also in user prefs, if there's a module you never ever use, you can turn it off completely, and that will override the code in the tt which would normally turn that module on

both go through the same tt controller; just different templates

one wraps the wikidoc in layout.tt, the other doesn't
