Going by the cover, it sounds like Island Records is the label.

but according to the island records page is says not to use it anymore. I presume this might be a special case?

Going by the fact that it's the 50th anniverasy, I would go with "Island Records" (LC-00407).

since it does seem to be one of the more difficult things around

Memfis: As I was saying, Island Records seemed to have been started in 1959, and Universal Island Records seems to be a relatively new label.
