if i set "$set(date,$left(%date%,4))" in scripting

then put all my albums in the middle pane

and hit save

will it wipe out the MMDD part?

can it be done somehow?

my tags are perfect, i only want to erase the MMDD part from it

date is a hard tag to mess with

i suggest mp3tag and a custom action to do the job nice and fast

on linux...

because tagging every individual album by hand is too much :)

there must be other tools available for linux, you may need to wait around cause this place is pretty quiet this time of day

I just imported mb database

and I want it to upgrade to the new release group

when I run the ./update.sh it gives me sql errors

should I do something before the upgrade?

that would indicate the DB is not imported correctly :)

how are you checking that it doesn't exist? do you see an error message somewhere?

but trying to find out how I can make sure that the next replication changes will do fine

can anyone point me to the right direction (link) where I can readup on the replication?

I ran the LoadReplicationChanges script again and now it runs smoothly. strange the first time it didn't
