but MB doesn't allow non-consecutive numbering

some previous editor added 2 albuns ignoring the band numbering

the problem is that I'm not trying to append a track, it need to be insert between existing tracks

change the track number for all existing tracks from track 13, then add track 13 [silence]. you need to renumber first as it won't allow two track 13's

not for a particular a artist, but for all, as in a myspace/wikipedia/etc

quite a few bands have purevolume sites, and i think that purevolume should become a new url relationship option

You can suggest it in the mb-style mailing list, the worst that will happen is people say no.

luks, I think it's better to stick to just the most urgent categories to prevent an overload of categories in a new forum. I would even have one Tagger support category instead of one for Classic and one for Picard

if it turns out that there are a lot of threads about a specific subject you get always introduce more categories later

I would change 'Taggers Support' to just 'Tagger Support' with a description in the lines of 'Support for the MusicBrainz Classic and Picard taggers'
