Hi! What's the current style guidline about ampersands in release titles?

A new addition... the title is "Rare & Unplugged". I could've sworn that I saw a ref that "&" should be expanded, but I can't find it anymore.

Okay... thank you. Was I correct in remembering that there was something about this previously? I seem to remember something about how it should be expanded because some browsers make a hash out of the ampersand...

That was my next guess when I started to really look at it, instead of the glance.

it was a proof of concept or something. well the problem we noticed was that often different languages would use the same title for a page

Not a surprise... and probably best for it, but, there's got to be a way to figure this out.. it's why I was saying just the kernal information.. that which is usually messed up.

well.. it is a wiki, so all the information is spreaded and linked. so if you translate one page you have to translate others as well of users will run in empty/untranslated pages for the information they are looking for ;)

As I said, I'm not looking at full internationalization, then you might as well start figuring out how to make the language shift for each part of mb, and at that time... you don't have to put any set to album or such. :D

Though, we could do different directories for the languages.. and, once it gets into the more technical stuff refer to the english pages...

I mean, in a lot of ways I'm already way beyond what I can suggest, or feel I can suggest, since I can't translate any of them... or, create any of them.

hmm... if we had a user preference for language, we could go OfficialStyleguide/en /de /pl /no /jp ...and display whichever one is available for their language, hmm... hang about, isn't that info sent by quite a few browsers already?

the wiki itself has a language setting. but only for those languages it is translated into

and I would prefer something like http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Norsk/OffisielleSti... because then you can translate the title as well :)
