WRT bugtrackers etc... We've just moved over to using Trac, and it's pretty simple to disable the wiki on it.

I like rt more than trac.

I'm not a huge fan of trac's bug reporting either (lack of dependencies and a few other things)

but the svn integration is great

I love Trac's SVN browsing, but the bug tracking and wiki are sub-par IMO

we've unsuccessfully been through 4 bugtrackers

I <heart> FogBugz.

Costs $$$, but it's worth it IMO
