so, in the new schema. you would have a composition object which is the same for all recordings of a song.

and every song can have an own representation "what's on the cover" and still be an instance of the composition... that's the idea basically

same thing for the albums, and artists

yes. very useful. ex: as it is now, the composer credits for gershwin's "summertime" will be listed 2000+ times on his artist page

if you can parse the word Label: & Catalog #: , you can parse it whethers its bold/italic/bolditalic/green/purple/hyperlinked or whatever

Had Maverick updated/corrected their site.. We could just use the Label: link to go directly to the release.. but since luks added that.. I was just playing around and figured that catalog # does match the release it goes too... and would provide additional info for that exact -release-

I think AR's are worthless when it comes to the web front end.. its a bundled up mess

when there are multiple AR's that is... the order of preference still needs to be addressed.. as the important things regarding using html/web are buried and the stuff that you wouldnt link to is on top.. pretty backwards
