We can't cover all the details in the style guide, so when the guide does not give you specifics, then you enter the data as it is shown on the CD, if you have it.

and did i read that stuff in ( ) should be lower case?

If not, check out how allmusic.com or amazon.com classify it. How do they spell it?

amazon is: 3 Bro's W/No Fro's (Interlude)

but they capitalize EVERYTHING it seems

The (Interlude) is part of the title of the track, thus it should be caps the way its on the CD/web site.

If this was a remix it might be:

3 Bro's W/No Fro's (Interlude) (poofta remix)

Personally, if its not clear which one to use, I would use:

or perhaps

3 Bro's w/No Fro's (Interlude)

The w should be small case, IMHO.

Yes, that sounds good.

i think i read something somewhere about aliases but not sure how/when to do it

isaacg: with MercyMe as artist name, it's easier to find using the search artist feature

go to the main artist page, and there is a link that says 'view aliases'

click that and it shows the aliases.

and the sidebar options in Preferences don't do anything for me btw. 40+kb per page is rather annoying

I opened an album, 'Moderate', 'Login' and the new email verification page appeared.

I clicked 'continue', and that was the page it took me to.

First you need to remove the alias.

Then change the artist.

And then add a new alias.

Or you can just leave it be since it not really all that broken. ;-)
