I think there should be only *one* way to refer to one artist

in that case use http://mm.musicbrainz.org/artist/GUID

The virtual host will allow us to move RDF lookups to another machine and seperate them out from the normal HTML requests

sometimes mm.musicbrainz.org and sometimes musicbrainz.org URIs are created which makes it difficult to parse the RDF
