Yes, indexes start at 0.

hmm, when I set an existing artist, it´s not green in add release, but I use the search it gets green. but before I can´t send the form. can I change that?

Well, if you don’t know the MBID, then you don’t know the artist.

No idea. :) "If in doubt, leave it out." ;) It's better to not provide a piece of data than to provide a wrong/false piece of data.

I'm trying to extract an embedded JPEG from a PDF file, but failing. pdfimages -j gives me a ppm or tif image, depending on options, but not the actual JPEG (confirmed with -list and file sizes, it's really jpeg)

(I usually use `eyeD3 --backup --write-images ./ *.mp3` to extract images from MP3s, but I'm not sure if eyeD3 works on non-*nix.)
