I'm pretty sure that once upon a time I saw a musicbrainz plugin something thing for EAC, but I can't seem to find it now, in EAC. Was I dreaming?

It made sense when we had them on track titles, because then we could detect them easily, but not sure about now

It's something that a lot of people want to specialcase, and there are a lot of variations on it.

The only use I can see left is for Picard and the like removing them from artist fields for people who don't want them, but surely adding a few extra cases to the regex that does that would be more reasonable (and I guess it already struggles with translated version)

Well, sure, but how is missing some rare variations any worse than missing "avec" or "con" or "with"

Of course, some people want to lump them together with feat.

Well, "con" is used in Spanish releases in the same way "feat." is in English ones, at least (we don't have an equivalent - some rappers use feat, but)
