I'm trying to add a parution group for an album of scottish country dancing

We have this specific database only for scottish, with entries like that: https://my.strathspey.org/dd/album/328/

I would like to add that link as an "external link" for my parution group. I believe it makes sense

However, I don't know in which category I should put it. I would like to put it under "other databases", but the website tells me that my link isn't well formatted to go in there

Where should I put it?

If the database has a good amount of info, you should submit a JIRA ticket to have it whitelisted on MusicBrainz (and auto-linked)

The whitelist is maintained by staff, so unfortunately there's no way to add it without creating a ticket and waiting.

But I guess there is a piece of code somewhere that grabs data from these databases? Like the illustration from Amazon?

Lotheric: I had this issue with some pdf's downloaded from decca or grappa or something, i fixed it by saving the pdf with a diff quartz filter "create generic PDFX-3 document" (this on a mac)

(btw, is that possible to do more, and to pull the track list from Amazon?)

There are possibly userscripts for importing from Amazon. I'm not sure.

The iTunes import script (dufferzafar's version) seems to be finicky as to whether it wants to work or not.

I've had mixed luck with it recently.

NOt sure that I would mark it as ended, if it is still the same name. But an annotation might be an idea.
