Hello, I'm a participant in GCI. In a MusicBrainz task, I realized a record label is not in the database. I already reported this issue in the ticket tracker: https://tickets.metabrainz.org/browse/SEARCH-457 . Is this all I can do? Or is there a way of fixing this myself?

you can add records labels yourself, like any artist or release

maybe they never got my answer, who knows :D

I submitted an entry in musicbrainz and I need to submit the task in google code-in, do I have to attach a file? And if yes how should I create a file?

reosarevok: I think my "edit work attributes" script disables changing existing work types for security, but it could be activated easily IIRC

if you have only this page I can try to fix it myself tonight

I can probably just change it myself, was just wondering to save time

Also, do you have a version of the set-attributes script that can remove "instrumental"?

I guess I could just copy whatever the script executes and run it from the console, but :)

stuff like that should be built into the site :p

running from console might be tricky since the script makes POST requests

you could try to remove line 30 in the script https://github.com/loujine/musicbrainz-scripts/...

in order to always display the dropdown

that might be sufficient

Given that I spent about 6 or 7 hours on GCI tasks yesterday I have not had much time for other editing

I did half a dozen things for the Dvorak cleanup and not much else.
