the correct replacement for ä ö and ü would be ae oe and ue :D

torchlight 2 was pretty ok

i got torchlight for free wia gog. I loved it, torchlight 2, amn was i waiting for it to be rleased on gog and drm free for long thoguh :C

CTDB stores the TOC and artist and title information among much other stuff. and it has a lot of discs in the DB

i didn't know ctdb stored metadata

i also didn't know anything but cuetools could access it

anyway. since mr furq is here now, who is knowledgabel, and mr SothoTalKer who does use windows: anyone know of a good, easy, prereably as little bloatware +ifopen cd ripper to as many types of file (aiff?) on windows (7) out there? for a guy that doesn't need extreme-extreme paranoia rip

i've only ever used eac

but if you rip to wav or flac then converting to aiff is easy and lossless anyway

i don't think EAC is easy ;)

or mediamonkey if you just want something that will do reasonable job

EAC is easy if you just don't bother changing any settings

well either is fine

obviously not changing anything is easier, but you only have to change the settings once

although the "recommended" settings mean everything takes forever to rip

i always look into settings first time i try a program, you know to make sure it doesn't have any kind of "totlaly wreck everything" type options i dislike :P
